Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Mane mobile application (the "App") operated by TDD Software LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Not Medical Advice

The App is a tracking and logging tool designed to help you monitor your hair care routine. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or tracked in the App.

Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions managed by the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

User Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Your data is primarily stored locally on your device, and you are responsible for backing up your device.

We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device damage, loss, theft, or App uninstallation. We recommend enabling device backups to protect your data.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon account deletion:

• All cloud-synced data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
• Local data on your device will remain until you uninstall the App.
• Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App. This includes but is not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the App.
• Using the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfering with or disrupting the App's services.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TDD Software LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TDD Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
